Finding the True Price of a House Online

If want to buy a house you can find the sales price using online resources.
Instructions
1. Search on internet the address of the house that you are interested. Note down the price given. The houses which are for sale are listed with current prices.
2. Search for property appraiser. Most websites help you to know the tax values of properties by giving address. By entering the address you get the tax assessed value.
3. Using an online home value estimator you can get a second estimate about the value of the home. Compare it with the tax assessed value.
4. Make a comparison between the tax-assessed value and the home value estimator results. If both values are far lower than the sales price, then the price asked by the home is too high. If both are comparable, then the sales price gives an idea about the actual value.
